1. I have no knowledge of social media, is that okay?
– Of course. We explain everything in a way you can understand.
2. I didn't like something in the image/text you prepared; are you making corrections?
– You are allowed one minor change per piece of content.
3. Do I have to give my social media account passwords?
– Of course not! We send you the content ready to share; you can either share it yourself or get support from us.
4. Where does the content come from?
– We don't want to complicate things. We're sending them to you via WhatsApp, without reducing their resolution, along with the descriptions!
5. Do you only create digital content?
– No, we would love to support you with your print work as well. We have an expert team and partner printing company to assist you with many areas such as business cards, brochures, posters, billboards, and branding. However, we prefer to conduct this measurement and design process in person. How about inviting us for a coffee? :)
